Tibian Ibrahim

Tibian Ibrahim has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on management and recruitment. Tibian started their career as a Coordinator at Mobitale Co in 2004. Tibian then joined MTN Limited in 2005, where they held various HR roles, including Staff Relations & Records Representative and HR Business Partner. In 2008, they became a Senior HR Business Partner at MTN Sudan, where they supervised recruitment procedures and policies. From 2014 to 2015, Tibian worked as a Recruitment Specialist at MTN Sudan, ensuring the effective application of recruitment procedures and policies. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Nile Center for Technology Research, first as an HR Manager and then as a Human Resources Manager. In these roles, Tibian provided expertise and consulting on HR programs, made recommendations on salary structures and new hire compensation, and advised senior managers. In 2019, they joined Vision Valley as a Human Resources Manager.

Tibian Ibrahim obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Organization Management from Elahfad University, completing their education from 2000 to 2004.
