Kasia Bayliss

Kasia Bayliss is currently the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis at Vision plc since December 2021. Prior to this, Kasia held the same position at the European Lifecare Group in November 2021. With previous experience at Vision plc as a Finance Business Partner and Group Management Accountant, Kasia also served as the Group Finance Director at Frances King. Kasia's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Financial Management from the University of Westminster and a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
