Layna Mendlinger

Global Head Of Marketing at Visioneering Technologies Inc.

Layna Mendlinger has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Layna began their career in 1993 as a Promotions Manager at Six Flags Theme Parks, where they worked for five years. Layna then transitioned to Ryan Partnership in 1998, assuming the role of an Account Manager. After a year, they joined Coca-Cola as a Promotions Manager.

In 2000, Layna joined CIBA Vision and held multiple positions over a span of nine years. Layna started as a Brand Manager and later became a Sr. Brand Manager. Layna then served as the Global Marketing Director for the Healthy Wear Category and the New Product Development division. During their tenure, they played a significant role in product development and marketing strategies.

In 2009, Layna joined Exide Technologies as the Senior Director of New Product Development. In this role, they successfully launched two new transportation batteries and conducted primary research to formulate strategic commercial plans. Layna held this position until 2013.

In the same year, Layna joined Halyard Health as a part of the Global Strategic Marketing team. Their role spanned from 2014 to 2015.

Currently, Layna Mendlinger has taken on significant positions at Visioneering Technologies Inc. Layna started as the Executive Director of Global Marketing in 2013 and is currently serving as the Global Head of Marketing since March 2022.

Layna Mendlinger obtained a High School Diploma from Bulloch Academy in the years 1980 to 1984. Following this, they attended The University of Georgia from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising. In 2002 to 2003, they completed a Brand Management Program at Emory University, Goizueta School of Business Executive Education, for which they received a Certificate.
