Suvarna Nikam

Suvarna Nikam is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in global human resources leadership. Currently serving as the Global HR Head at Visionet Systems Inc., Suvarna has previously held significant roles at Mindtree, including Global Head of Total Rewards & Performance Management and Global Sales HR for Americas, among other responsibilities. Suvarna began the career as a Trainee in Recruitment at Dendrite. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from ITM Group of Institutions (2004-2006) and a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Applied Statistics from Savitribai Phule Pune University (2001-2004).
