Kyle Whitcomb

Kyle Whitcomb has a robust background in leadership development and learning with over 25 years of experience in various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Leadership Development at VisionFund International since January 2025, Kyle previously contributed to World Vision in roles focused on Learning and Development and as Director of Product Services Delivery and Operations for nearly 20 years. Early career experience includes a managerial position at Safeco Insurance and Safeco/Symetra Life and Investments, as well as an internship with the Deputy Mayor of London. Kyle holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western Oregon University and further education from the University of Cambridge.
