Deanna Keenan

Deanna Keenan, MSW, currently serves as the Senior Culture and Inclusion Coordinator at Visions Federal Credit Union since April 2024, following a tenure as a Senior Research Analyst at Seramount from February 2021 to April 2024, where Deanna led in-depth interviews with DEI professionals and produced comprehensive research reports. Deanna's experience includes over 400 research reports contributing to DEI initiatives, specialization in employee resource groups and inclusive practices, and involvement with Atlas Corps as a Scholar. Previous roles include Adjunct Lecturer at Binghamton University, Program Coordinator at Educators for Excellence, Pharmacy Technician at CVS Pharmacy, and various internships and volunteer positions focused on community support and advocacy. Deanna holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Africana Studies and Psychology from Binghamton University.
