Job Title: Healthcare Sales Executive (Vice President, Growth)

Location: Remote (Travel Required)

We are seeking a dynamic, consultative sales professional to join our team and drive growth in this critical market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This individual contributor role will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue targets, leveraging a blend of established relationships, professional networking, general outreach and deep industry expertise.

  • Identify, qualify, and close deals with large health systems, targeting VP-level and C-suite executives, including Vice Presidents of Revenue Cycle, Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) and Chief Information  Officers (CIOs).

  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and build long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through effective prospecting, relationship-building, and account management.

  • Travel as required (up to 50%), with more frequent travel correlating to successful deal execution.

  • Promote VisiQuate as a “partner of choice” and serve as a thought leader and consultant to clients in a dynamic market where a “one size fits all” approach is not effective.

  • Serve as a key strategist in identifying and pursuing broader business opportunities.

  • Maintain a pulse on the changing healthcare ecosystem and the competitive landscape within revenue cycle management and business intelligence. Communicate up-to-date and meaningful analyses and insights regarding trends, opportunities, and market intelligence.

  • Contribute to VisiQuate ethos and live VisiQuate core values.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience selling complex, Revenue Cycle solutions and/or technology, with a proven track record of success with profit, non-profit and academic healthcare providers.

  • Skillset: Polished, professional and passionate demeanor with excellent communication skills; high emotional intelligence (EQ) and coachable mindset.

  • Approach: Demonstrated ability to sell consultatively, understanding client challenges and providing tailored solutions.  Must be able to navigate very complex sales cycles and implementations.

  • Network: Established professional relationships and network with a proven track record of selling to VP of Revenue Cycle, Chief Financial Officers and/or Chief Information Officers at large health systems.

  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with increased travel based on deal activity.
