Customer Engagement Manager at Visit Indy

Julianna Gorman has a diverse work experience. In 2014, they began their career as a Lifeguard at Westview Healthplex Sports Club, where they worked until 2015. Simultaneously, they worked as a Head Lifeguard/Supervisor at Indy Parks and Recreation from 2014 to 2018. In 2019, they joined Accent Indy as an Event Staff member until 2020. Additionally, they interned at Visit Indy as a Sales and Services Intern in early 2020 and later joined Sun King Brewery & Spirits as a Server from 2020 to 2021. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as a Webinar and Customer Service Coordinator at the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC). Julianna also served as a Meetings and Events Intern at Raybourn Group International, where they assisted with conference planning, marketing, and member database maintenance. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Engagement Manager at Visit Indy.

Julianna Gorman completed their education from 2019 to 2021 at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis. During this period, they pursued a degree in Tourism, Conventions, and Event Management from the Kelly School of Business Foundations Certificate program.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Julianna obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they earned the SBA Business Plan certification from the Small Business Association. In January 2020, they completed the Building PDFs with Acrobat XI certification offered by LinkedIn. Julianna also acquired the Microsoft Excel 2013 Certification from LinkedIn e-learning in October 2019. Furthermore, they obtained a Social Tables Certification in 2020, although the specific month is not provided.
