Paul McNeice

Paul McNeice has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. In their most recent role as the Customer Experience & Innovation Director at Europcar Mobility Group since 2019, they manage a team of over 250 people across 22 outlets. Prior to this, they were the Sales Director at Europcar Ireland where they achieved more than 30% growth each year. Paul also served as the Business Development Director at CPA Ireland, developing their commercial model and supporting an M&A process. As the Founding Partner of Capability Partnership, they provided consultancy services to blue chip clients. Notably, Paul spent several years at Coca-Cola, holding positions such as Head of Customer Marketing and leading the Excellence Across the Board initiative. Paul also worked at Coca-Cola Enterprises, Victoria Wine (Allied Domecq), and J Sainsbury Plc in various roles.

Paul McNeice has a Postgraduate Diploma in Finance & Management Studies from the University of Westminster, an HNC in Business & Finance from the London Metropolitan University, and a Foundation Year in Art & Design from Ulster University.
