Frances A. Radman

Frances Radman has been a practicing attorney since 1986. She was an Assistant District Attorney with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office from 1986-1992. After her tenure at the District Attorney’s office, Frances began a private practice. In the course of her private practice she concentrated in the fields of real estate, estate planning, criminal law, family practice and insurance law. She currently is counsel at Ingerman Smith LLP and her practice concentration is in elder law planning, Surrogate’s Court matters, Medicaid planning and applications and real estate matters. She is a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association Elder Law section.
