Pierce Lamb

Pierce Lamb began their career in 2009 as a Marketing Manager for GemStone Systems, which was acquired by VMware in the same year. Pierce then worked as a Marketing Specialist II for VMware in 2010, and also founded BarBird Inc. in the same year. In 2013, Pierce Lamb became a Marketing Manager for ScaleOut Software, and in 2016 they Co-Founded the Portland Paella Project. From 2009 to 2015, Pierce Lamb worked as a Director of Marketing for SnappyData. In 2019, they began working as a Full Stack Engineer, Web for TIBCO, and in 2021 they became a Full Stack Drupal Developer for Flickerbox, Inc. Currently, Pierce Lamb is a Software Engineer, Data & Machine Learning for VISO Trust, which they began in 2022.

Pierce Lamb began their educational journey at Reed College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Analytic Philosophy from 2005 to 2007. Pierce then attended Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, graduating with an MBA in Entrepreneurship in 2009. In 2018, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
