Burak T.

Burak T. has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries, including technology, research, and telecommunications. Burak currently works at Vispera as a Lead Research Scientist (CV/ML), starting in October 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Baykar Technologies, where they held the position of an AI Software Engineer from September 2018 to August 2020. Burak also served as a Research Assistant at Tampere University of Technology from October 2017 to May 2018. Before their research role, Burak worked at ABB as a Robotics Project Engineer in the Discrete Automation and Motion division from July 2015 to October 2016. Lastly, they gained experience at Turk Telekom where they initially worked as a Game Programmer from July 2014 to June 2015 and later as a Product Development Trainee at TTNET A.S. Netgelecek MT Program from March 2014 to June 2014.

Burak T. began their education in 2009 at Kocaeli University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering in 2013. Burak further pursued their studies at Istanbul Technical University from 2016 to 2018, earning a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Control And Automation Engineering. In 2017 and 2018, they attended Tampere University, completing a Master's degree in Computing and Electrical Engineering.

Currently, Burak is enrolled in the doctoral program at Koç University, pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Bilgisayar Bilimleri (Computer Science). Burak'sexpected completion date for the PhD program is in 2024.

In addition to their academic achievements, Burak has obtained certifications in the field of AI and programming. In 2021, they completed the AI Product Manager Nanodegree program through Udacity. Burak also obtained a certification in the C++ Programming Language from the CSD C ve Sistem Programcıları Derneği in the same year.
