Graham van Dusen

Graham Van Dusen is an accomplished aviation professional and business operations advisor with extensive experience in flight operations and management. Currently serving as the G-IV Line Training Captain and Flight Operations Manager at Vista America since September 2022, Graham oversees international flight operations and crew leadership. As the Founder and Owner of Echelon Strategies LLC since April 2021, Graham provides contract pilot and aircraft management services while also managing a Citation CJ2 aircraft. Previously, as Chief Operations Officer at Cosmetic Surgery Affiliates, Graham drove significant revenue growth and operational improvements to attract private equity investment. In a previous role as Director of Operations at Prince & Izant Company, Graham successfully led multiple divisions to achieve notable revenue and quality enhancements. With a foundational career in the United States Marine Corps spanning from 2004 to 2018, Graham held various roles, including Operations Officer and Standardization Instructor Pilot, demonstrating expertise in aviation safety and operational leadership. Graham holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Kent State University.
