Seth Constien serves as the Director of Compliance at Vista America since November 2022, overseeing regulatory compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and maintaining industry best practices. Previously, Seth held the position of Safety Manager at Amazon Air from July 2019 to May 2022, where responsibilities included enhancing safety operations and supervising a team of over 40 safety professionals. From February 2016 to December 2021, Seth acted as the Deputy Liaison Officer Director at the United States Air Force Academy, managing airbase operations and coordinating programs with the Department of Defense and FAA. Prior experience includes Senior Manager of Safety at the Kenton County Airport Board, Air Operations Officer in the United States Air Force, and multiple aviation roles at Delta Private Jets and Comair. Seth holds a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Science in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Bowling Green State University.
