Charles Matoke

Charles Matoke has extensive experience in logistics and education, currently serving as President and Co-Founder of CMB Logistics USA since March 2016, specializing in 3PL logistics and freight brokerage. In addition, Charles holds an adjunct professor position teaching production and operations management at Vista College since September 2015. A dedicated member of the U.S. Army since October 2012, Charles works as an Automated Logistical Specialist. Previous roles include Operations Manager at SEACOM LIMITED and Home Synergies Ltd., overseeing logistics for significant projects. Charles earned a Master's degree in International Relations/Security Policy from St. Mary's University and an MBA in Business Administration from The National American University, alongside a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from the United States International University. Leadership experience includes serving as Chairman of the Students Affairs Council and the Sports Affairs Council during university tenure.
