Role Overview:

The Health Center Nurses – LVN/LPT functions as a member of both the Health Center and Treatment Teams in a multi-disciplinary setting. The LVN/LPT provides direct and indirect medical care requiring substantial specialized judgment and skills based on knowledge and application of the principles of preventative, acute care and health maintenance services. This position is responsible for nursing assessment, observation, intervention, and documentation of response to health care treatment procedures.

What You Bring to VDM:

  • Current LVN/LPT License
  • Experience treating adolescents / pediatrics preferred
  • Psychiatric experience preferred
  • CPR Certification

Compensation:

Per Diem: $30 an hour
