Cecilia Kwan

Cecilia Kwan joined Vista Equity Partners in April 2015. Ms. Kwan manages the financial operations and reporting of Vista’s private equity funds.

Prior to joining Vista, Ms. Kwan worked at Blum Capital Partners for approximately 10 years. While at Blum, Ms. Kwan's initial role was the Vice President of Finance, responsible for the financial operations and reporting for Blum Capital’s investment funds and management company, and until 2014, she served as the Chief Financial Officer. Before working at Blum Capital, Ms. Kwan was an Accounting Manager at Delphi Ventures, a venture capital firm, and was responsible for its accounting functions. Previously, Ms. Kwan was an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young specializing in hedge funds, private equity funds and venture capital funds.
