Stacy Clement

Stacy Clement joined Vista Equity Partners in 2016 and is Vista’s Director of Legal and Senior Counsel.

Prior to joining Vista, Ms. Clement worked in the corporate group of Kirkland & Ellis in its Los Angeles and San Francisco offices. While at Kirkland, Ms. Clement focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, primarily on acquisitions and divestitures, restructurings, dividend recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, minority investments, secured and unsecured debt financings, equity financings and refinancings. Before her time at Kirkland, she worked in the real estate group of Liner LLP’s Los Angeles office.

Ms. Clement is a member of the State Bar of California.
