Stephanie Richard is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in strategic HR partnership. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Vista Equity Partners since April 2022, Richard previously held the position of Vice President, Human Resources Business Partner at Angelo Gordon from January 2019 to April 2022. Prior roles include Manager, Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Operations Analyst at Morgan Stanley between June 2013 and January 2019. Richard earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Development from Binghamton University, completing studies in 2013, and received a High School Diploma from The Frisch School in 2009.
