Matt Neal has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Regional Director of Operations and Area General Manager at Vista Host Hotels Management & Development since January 2017. Prior to this role, Matt was the General Manager at Hampton Inn & Suites Pittsburg and previously held the position of General Manager at Hampton Inn - Branson Hills with Kinseth Hospitality Companies from May 2015 to January 2017. Matt's career began at Big Cedar Lodge, where responsibilities included oversight of the Rooms Division as Assistant Director of Rooms from October 2007 to May 2015. Matt Neal holds a Bachelor of Theology with a focus on Preaching from Ozark Christian College, earned between 1999 and 2004.
