Eric Haeusser

Eric Haeusser has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis for various companies. Eric started their career as a Credit Analyst Intern at Midland Loan Services in 2005 and later worked as a Financial Analyst Intern at Hallmark Cards in 2006. Eric then joined YRC Worldwide as a Strategy Analyst where they conducted comprehensive freight lane analysis and implemented targeted rate increases.

In 2011, Eric became a Manager at YRC Freight, leading a team responsible for pricing strategy and technology. Eric also served as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing a capital project and migrating manual allowances to an automated system.

Moving on, Eric joined Lexmark Enterprise Software in 2013 as a Pricing Strategist, where they set prices for enterprise content management software and solutions while simplifying pricing structures and negotiating customer-specific price adjustments. Eric then became a Manager in the Financial Planning & Analysis department, where they produced financial reports and engaged with senior business leaders on budget variances and margin improvement strategies.

Joining Vista Outdoor Inc. in 2017, Eric held the role of Senior Manager in Financial Planning & Analysis, supporting consumer products business units. Eric later became the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, leading a team in supporting a business unit with over $500 million in annual revenue. In this role, they were responsible for long-range planning, financial performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business performance improvement.

Throughout their career, Eric Haeusser has demonstrated expertise in financial planning and analysis, pricing strategies, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Eric Haeusser completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Finance from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business in 2006. Eric went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Management at the same institution, graduating in 2008.
