Tari'sresponsibilities included strategic planning, team development, and achieving financial goals in the omni-channel retail environment. Tari also served as Director of Ecommerce & Digital Strategy at VF Corporation, where they collaborated with marketing units to drive profitable revenue growth and enhance digital capabilities. Tari has worked as a Marketing & Ecommerce Consultant & Advisor for Sugarfina USA LLC and other retailers, leveraging their expertise in digital strategy, marketing optimization, and brand growth. Tari has also been actively involved in the academic industry, serving as a board member and advisory board member for various organizations. Currently, they hold the position of Global Vice President of Digital & Ecommerce at Vista Outdoor Inc. and is the Global VP Digital Ecommerce at Fox Racing.
