David Baxa

David Baxa has held numerous leadership roles throughout an extensive career, currently serving as a Board Trustee at Shenandoah University since October 2018 and as an Advisory Board Member for the Shenandoah University School of Business since 2008, including a term as Chair from April 2016 to April 2018. Baxa is the Chairman of VISTA Technology Services, Inc. since November 2003, focusing on strategic planning and management consulting. The professional experience spans several federal contracting roles from 1973 to 2013, with titles at organizations including Hayes, Seay, Mattern & Mattern, and Henningson, Durham & Richardson. Baxa also participated as a CEO Group Member with Vistage International from 2004 to 2010, enhancing leadership skills. The academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia, completed in 1973.
