Lesley Bell

Lesley Bell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Lesley started their career at Hewlett Packard in 2003 as an Engineering Services Coordinator, where they handled change orders, bills of material, and general administration duties within the engineering environment. From 2004 to 2007, they worked at Amcor Flexibles as a Quality Technician, responsible for coordinating the Quality Management System and conducting internal audits. In 2007, Lesley joined Vistair Systems as the Head of Document Services, managing and developing staff and fostering customer relations. Over the years, they transitioned to roles such as Director of Human Resources and Head of Quality and HR, where they focused on improving employee engagement, implementing HR information systems, and aligning HR strategies with corporate objectives. Currently, Lesley serves as the Director of People at Vistair Systems, prioritizing the growth and development of the company's most valuable asset - its people.

Lesley Bell attended Filton High School from 1981 to 1986, earning an O level in English Language and Art. From 1991 to 1993, they furthered their education at Filton College, where they obtained an ONC and HNC degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
