Felipe Mognon

Felipe Mognon has extensive experience in software development and management. Felipe is currently working at VistaJet as a Software Engineering Manager, focusing on finance. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Compass.uol, including General Manager Enterprise Solutions - Software Engineering and Head of Digital Commerce for EMEA/APAC. Before joining Compass.uol, Felipe worked at OWs - Opportunity Web Software as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for maintaining and evolving the company's Intranet Platform. Felipe also gained experience as a Senior Software Development Manager and Senior Software Developer at Compass.uol, where they worked on projects for large corporations such as Walmart, Telefónica, Tractebel Energy, and Furukawa. Felipe started their career as a Volunteer Research Assistant at UPF. Throughout their career, Felipe has demonstrated expertise in software development, project management, and leading cross-functional teams.

Felipe Mognon has a diverse education history that includes both academic degrees and professional certifications. Felipe'sacademic journey began in 2003 when they enrolled at the Universidade de Passo Fundo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science. Felipe studied at the university for four years, completing their degree in 2007.

After working for several years, Felipe pursued further education to enhance their skills and knowledge. In 2011, they joined FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, where they enrolled in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program with a focus on Project Management. Felipe completed the program in 2012, further expanding their expertise in the business domain.

In 2019, Felipe decided to pursue a specialized program in digital business strategy, and they joined the MIT Sloan School of Management for their Executive Program. Felipe participated in this program for a year, finishing in 2020. This experience provided him with advanced knowledge and insights into the intricacies of digital business strategy.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Felipe has also obtained several professional certifications in recent years. These certifications include the Google Cloud Digital Leader from Google in August 2022, the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Well-Architected Proficient, AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical), AWS Partner: Cloud Economics Accreditation, and AWS Partner: Accreditation (Business) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in various months of 2022. Felipe also achieved the AWS Machine Learning Foundations certification from Udacity in October 2021 and the Distributed Systems Design Fundamentals certification from Particular Software in the same month.
