Miguel Refalo's work experience begins in 2010 when they worked as a Cabin Crew member for Ryanair. Miguel then moved on to become a Front Office Shift Leader at Le Méridien St. Julians Hotel & Spa, where they were responsible for managing a team and handling guest complaints. After that, Miguel worked as a Cabin Crew member for Air Malta, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring passenger safety. Miguel then joined Hilton as a Guest Service Agent, where they demonstrated maturity, initiative, and a drive for guest satisfaction. Miguel then worked as a Front Office Administrator at Hotel St George, where they managed reception, organized agendas, and implemented new techniques. Their most recent role was as an Account Executive at VistaJet, where they fulfilled a high-intensity role coordinating client services and solving last-minute issues impacting flights.

Miguel Refalo began their education journey in 2003 at Sir M.A. Refalo Sixth Form, where they obtained a Matriculation Certificate. Miguel then pursued higher education at the University of Malta from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Tourism Studies.
