Zhane H.

Zhane H. began their work experience in 2017 as a Live Operations Associate at Deliveroo. In this role, they ensured a smooth delivery service by overseeing each step of the process and addressing any issues with driver supply and consumer demand. From 2020, they transitioned to VistaJet where they held the position of Account Manager. As a Private Dining Specialist, their responsibilities included managing catering orders across multiple continents, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of items. Zhane also successfully investigated and resolved account discrepancies, resulting in significant cost savings for the company.

Zhane H. began their educational journey in 2011 at Sir George Monoux College, where they studied Travel and Tourism. Zhane then went on to Middlesex University from 2013 to 2016, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in International Tourism Management. After completing their undergraduate studies, Zhane H. continued their education at the University of Hertfordshire in 2017, where they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in International Business.
