Irene Posyluzny

Irene Posyluzny is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in employee experience and human resources management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Employee Experience & IT/IS at VistaVu Solutions since January 2022, Irene also held the role of Senior Vice President, Employee Experience at ZYUS from July 2020 to February 2021, where Irene was instrumental in developing a five-year HR strategic plan. Previously, Irene served as Vice President of Human Resources and Environment, Health and Safety at Finning, and as Executive Director of Human Resources at Newalta, contributing to the design and execution of HR strategies. Irene's career began at Shaw Communications, progressing through various HR roles, including Director of Training and Development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biological Sciences from the University of Alberta, a Human Resources Management Certificate, and completion of the Foundation and Strategic Leadership Program at Ivey Business School.
