Nilesh Deshpande

Nilesh Deshpande is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. As of August 2023, Nilesh serves as Senior Director of Human Resources at Visteon Corporation, a leader in connected car technology. Prior to this, Nilesh was Director of Human Resources at DXC Technology from October 2020 to August 2023. Nilesh has also held significant positions at Accenture Solutions Pvt Ltd, including Associate Director and Vice President, where contributions to employee retention strategies and talent management were notable.
