Toby Harcombe-Smee

Toby Harcombe-Smee is an accomplished professional in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Director of Global Operations Performance & Sustainability at Visteon Corporation since September 2008. With a robust background, Toby has held various roles including Global Operations Performance and EH&S Manager, Strategy Manager for Europe & Asia, and Lead Engineer focused on Instrument Cluster projects. Prior to Visteon, Toby served as a Project Manager at Airbiquity and held multiple positions at Ford Motor Company, including Supervisor of Body & Security Electronics and Telematics Specialist. Toby holds a BEng Hons in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Leeds and an MSc in Advanced Automotive Engineering from Loughborough University.
