Lee Andrews

Lee Andrews has a diverse work experience in various fields. They started their career at Terrigno's Fairfield Inn as a Busboy and Banquet Attendant from 2010 to 2011. They then worked as a Formulations Chemist Intern at FMC in 2012, where they designed chemical formulations and performed physical testing. Lee Andrews also gained research experience as a Research Associate at Gordon College, where they designed and constructed photocatalytic reactors for environmental remediation and worked as a Chemistry Department Teaching Assistant, supervising laboratory experiments and maintaining equipment.

In 2013, Lee Andrews joined Johnson & Johnson as a Raw Material Specification Specialist for a short period before moving on to inVentiv Health Clinical. They held multiple roles at inVentiv Health Clinical, starting as an Analytical Chemist 1 and then progressing to higher positions such as Associate Research Scientist, Research Scientist, and Supervisor of Bioanalysis. In these roles, they conducted various analysis techniques and performed test method validations.

In 2018, Lee Andrews moved to Syneos Health (Previously INC Research/inVentiv Health) as a Manager of Bioanalysis, responsible for overseeing bioanalysis projects. They recently joined Visterra Inc. in 2020 as a Principal Scientist, Bioanalytical Development, and are currently serving as an Associate Director.

Lee Andrews attended Gordon College from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry.
