Shawn Feldman

Shawn Feldman has a work experience spanning over several years in various roles. Shawn began their career at PulteGroup in 2004 as a Customer Relations Manager. From there, they joined W.W. Grainger in 2006, initially working as a Corporate Account Relationship Manager before being promoted to Sales Operations Manager in 2008. In 2012, Feldman joined Vistex and held the position of Sr. Customer Success Manager until October 2022, when they were promoted to Director, Customer Success US.

Shawn Feldman obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Western Illinois University in 2002. Later, in 2004, they completed their Master of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from the same institution.
