Stephen Teagle

Stephen was appointed as Chief Executive of Vistry Partnerships on completion of the acquisition of Linden Homes and Vistry Partnerships. Stephen joined Galliford Try in 2006 and was appointed Chief Executive of its Partnerships business in 2016. He is a chartered surveyor and has more than 25 years’ experience in the regeneration and affordable housing sectors, with time spent both commissioning schemes as well as working in the private sector, giving him a unique perspective on joint ventures, regeneration and mixed-tenure delivery. Stephen is also Chair of the Housing Forum, a crosssector membership network of 150 organisations and businesses that collaborates to promote improved supply and better quality homes.
