Mikael Saksi has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2016, they worked in logistics at HANS KOHLER AG for two months. In 2017, they interned as a Design Engineering Intern at Rolls-Royce, focusing on System Design Integration. The following year, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Rolls-Royce in the ShadowWorks unit. In 2019, Mikael had a Procurement Summer Internship at Rolls-Royce, where they developed a workload and capacity algorithm and introduced a performance management system. In 2021, they served as a Quality Control Engineer Summer Trainee at Fennovoima. Currently, Mikael is working as an Application Engineer at Visual Components, starting in May 2022.
Mikael Saksi pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with their International Baccalaureate degree at the International School of Zug and Luzern from 2013 to 2015. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Glasgow and completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering between 2016 and 2020. Currently, from 2021 to 2023, Mikael is pursuing a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Aalto University.
