Steve Spear

Steve Spear has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Steve started their career at the Arizona Cardinals, NFL as an Assistant Editor in the Video Department. Steve then moved on to Vidfilm, where they served as the Director of Operations. In 2005, they founded Bid2post, an online Post Production bidding website. Steve joined Ascent Media in 2000 and held various roles, including VP of Operations, where they managed traditional and migrational operational activities. Steve also served as a New Technology Specialist and a Consultant during their time at Ascent Media. In 2011, they joined Visual Data Media Services as the SVP of Operations. Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated skills in operations management, pioneering file-based workflows for broadcast TV, and founding and managing online platforms.

Steve Spear attended Arizona State University from 1991 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in Broadcast Communications & Journalism.
