Vicky Wise, MBA, CMgr FCMI has a diverse work experience in business systems and operations. Vicky started their career as a Post Production Scheduler at Technicolor, where they managed projects and supervised a bookings team. Vicky then worked as a Facility Manager at Bravo Post Production, ensuring client satisfaction and managing staff schedules. At Ascent Media Group Ltd, they served as a Business Systems Analyst, implementing business systems across the UK Group and rolling out new procedures. Vicky then joined Xytech Systems as a Solution Consultant, where they engaged with clients, implemented .NET software, and provided training and support. Vicky later joined re:fine as the Head of Business Operations and was responsible for overall business operations. In their most recent role as the Senior Director, Global Business Systems at Visual Data Media Services, Vicky led a team in London and Burbank, overseeing the development and maintenance of business software, managing major projects, and guiding the user community. Vicky Wise obtained their HND degree in Video Production from Bournemouth University, which they completed from 1997 to 1999. Later, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of West London.

In addition to their formal education, Vicky Wise has also achieved several certifications. In July 2018, they obtained the designation of Chartered Manager from the Chartered Management Institute.
