Jay Lynch

Jay Lynch has extensive work experience in various roles, including Product Manager at Visual Lease since 2020, where they are responsible for setting and accepting work generated by their team. They previously held the role of Product Owner III at the same company from 2017 to 2020, where they developed and prioritized backlog items and collaborated with the software development team.

From 2017 to 2020, Jay worked at Cenlar FSB as a Senior IT Analyst, acting as a technical resource between senior leadership, business users, and developers to implement a companywide workflow solution. They gathered business needs, defined system requirements, and coordinated platform architecture.

Prior to that, Jay worked at TRAC Intermodal from 2014 to 2017 as a Business Analyst and Product Owner, supporting the redesign of legacy systems and serving as the primary contact between stakeholders in product development.

From 2007 to 2014, Jay worked at Mark-It Services as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, responsible for managing an offshore QA team and ensuring the quality and integrity of proprietary software applications.

Jay's early career at Prudential Financial included roles as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where they tested multiple applications, developed and executed test plans, and resolved issues with other IT professionals. They also served as a System Analyst, responsible for the operation, maintenance, and upgrades of the Interactive Voice Response system for Prudential Retirement Services.

Jay Lynch completed their education in a sequential manner, starting with a Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management/Flight Technology from Florida Institute of Technology between 1991 and 1995. Following this, they attended Chubb Institute in 1998-1999, where they pursued Network Engineering in the field of Information Technology. Moreover, they acquired additional certifications, including PMC Level I from Pragmatic Institute in June 2023 and a Certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in November 2021.
