Pamela Cosmillo, SPHR

Pamela Cosmillo, SPHR, has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Pamela currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Visual Lease since June 2021. Prior to their current role, Pamela held the position of Human Resources Director at PENTAX Medical Americas from April 2018 to June 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the overall administration and coordination of the human resources function for the Americas region. Pamela provided frontline support in administering HR policies and programs, including recruitment, employee relations, talent management, performance management, benefits administration, and learning & development. Pamela also handled organization development, employment law, policy design, interpretation, and special projects.

Pamela Cosmillo, SPHR, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with a concentration in Public Relations from Montclair State University. Pamela attended Montclair State University from 2003 to 2007. In 2010, they pursued further education at Cornell University and obtained an HR Studies Certificate in Human Resources in 2011. Additionally, Pamela Cosmillo obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in September 2020.
