Rakesh G serves as a Member of the Executive Council at Visvesvaraya Technological University since December 2022. Rakesh co-founded and holds the position of Director at QRS_app, active since September 2021, and also co-founded Kubera SoftTech, where Rakesh has been serving as Technology Architect since June 2017. Rakesh completed a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PESCE Mandya between 2013 and 2017, and earlier achieved a pre-university degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Mandya, during the period from 2006 to 2013.
