In 2011, Christopher started their career as an Administrator at Network Rail. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at DS Smith, where they began as a Business Process Analyst and then took on the role of Graduate Management Trainee.
In 2014, they joined BFiTS Thailand & AYC English as an Advanced English Language Teacher, showcasing their creativity and organization skills in delivering engaging lessons to students.
From 2016 to 2017, they worked at Desiderata Consulting Ltd as a Q2C SAP Business Consultant. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks, including business analysis, system implementation, data management, and project coordination.
In 2017, Christopher returned to DS Smith as the Global Process Controller & Lean Lead and later became a Subject Matter Expert in Q2C, contributing to process improvement and ensuring compliance.
From 2020 to 2023, they worked at Marks and Spencer, initially as the Process Simplification Lead - MyHR, and then as the Change, CI & Projects Lead.
Currently, Christopher is the Head of Business Improvement at Vita Group, where they utilize their extensive experience to drive business improvement initiatives.

Christopher Terence Daley attended Audenshaw High School from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained 10 GCSEs with grades A to C. Christopher Terence then went on to Audenshaw High School Sixth Form College, where they studied for A-Levels from 2005 to 2007. After completing their A-Levels, Christopher attended the University of Dundee from 2007 to 2011 and graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature. In addition to their formal education, Christopher has obtained certifications such as Prince2 in April 2018 and became a Member of the Institute of Leadership and Management, Level 2 in June 2014.
