Charlie Palmer has a diverse work experience in the field of physiotherapy and clinical leadership. Charlie started their career in 2004 as a Junior Rotational Physiotherapist at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust before becoming a Senior Out-Patient Physiotherapist. Charlie then transitioned into private practice while pursuing a Master's degree. In 2005, they joined Arsenal F.C as a Sports Physiotherapist for the Girls Centre of Excellence and later moved to Chelsea Football Club as the Head Physiotherapist for the Ladies 1st Team. Throughout their career, they have also worked as a Private Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with Orchard Physiotherapy Clinic Limited and Ashdown Clinic Limited, where they provided treatment for various musculoskeletal conditions. Currently, Charlie holds the position of Head of Clinical MSK at Vita Health Group, where they are responsible for clinical governance and corporate leadership in the field of musculoskeletal health.
Charlie Palmer attended the University of Brighton from 2001 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physiotherapy. Charlie then pursued further education at the University of Hertfordshire from 2009 to 2011, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Advanced Physiotherapy (Neuromusculoskeletal).
