Sheila Kelly, MBA

Sheila Kelly has extensive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on strategic development and operational solutions. Sheila most recently held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Vital Care Infusion Services. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources Director at Fortified Health Security and a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Correctional Associates Management, LLC. Sheila also has experience as a Vice President of Human Resources at Primeritus Financial Services, Inc and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at MHM Services, Inc. Sheila served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Alive Hospice and as a Senior HR Business Partner at HCA Healthcare. Sheila'searlier experience includes working as an Employee Relations Director at Corizon Health.

Sheila Kelly began their education at David Lipscomb University, where they completed a Certified Rule 31 Mediation program in 2010. Sheila then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Relations at Trevecca Nazarene University. Sheila also received training in Situational Leadership and Train the Trainer Facilitation from Ken Blanchard. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix.
