Courtney Benn

Courtney Benn has extensive experience in mental health and wellness, currently serving as a Living Well Specialist at Vital Decisions since March 2019. Prior roles include Lead Staff Therapist at New Alternatives For Children and Staff Therapist at Community Research Foundation. Courtney began the professional journey as a Lifestyle Educator II and Health and Wellness Counselor at Kaiser Permanente, Positive Choice, where responsibilities included individual and group therapy focused on cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral modification, and health-related topics. Earlier experience includes counseling on domestic violence and sexual assault at the Center For Community Solutions. Courtney holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Phoenix.
