Chintya Imelda Maidir

Chintya Imelda Maidir is an accomplished professional serving as the Indonesia Senior Country Coordinator at Vital Strategies since November 2022 and as the Founder and CEO of Katalitika since January 2021. Katalitika focuses on facilitating collaboration among various stakeholders, including governments, businesses, and communities, to foster innovation in development. Chintya's prior roles include Senior Policy Advisor and Senior National Program Coordinator at the Knowledge Sector Initiative, where responsibilities included piloting national research priorities and enhancing the knowledge ecosystem in Indonesia. Additional experience includes positions at Management Systems International, GIZ, Kemitraan-Partnership, and the Center for Strategic and International Studies, specializing in public service improvement and policy analysis. Chintya holds a Master of Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and a degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
