Kelly Labar

Kelly LaBar is an experienced professional in the field of harm reduction and addiction recovery. Currently serving as the Statewide Harm Reduction Technical Program Manager at Vital Strategies since April 2024, Kelly also founded The Grey Alliance in November 2022, focusing on street outreach, harm reduction, wound-care, advocacy, and case management. Previously, Kelly held positions such as Senior Program Coordinator at Mainstream Recovery, Project Coordinator for Passaic County Recovery Services and the Opiate Overdose Prevention Program at Prevention is Key, and Certified Peer Recovery Specialist at the Center for Addiction Recovery Education & Success. Other roles include Empowerment Coach at the Ammon Foundation and Peer Recovery Support Specialist at Preferred Behavioral Health Group. Kelly's early career involved supporting individuals post-overdose and providing administrative support at Sunrise House Foundation.
