Matthew Somers

Matthew Somers currently holds the position of Deputy Director - Global Safety, Security & Travel at Vital Strategies. Prior to this, Matthew has gained extensive experience in security and emergency preparedness with roles at the U.S. Department of State and AREVA NP. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management with a concentration in Crisis, Emergency, & Risk Management from The George Washington University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Criminal Justice from John Jay College (CUNY).
