Vital Strategies
Sumi Mehta is currently the Vice President of Environmental Health at Vital Strategies. Prior to this role, Sumi held positions at the United Nations Foundation as the Senior Director of Research and Evaluation for the Global Alliance for Clean Cookstoves. With a background in environmental health science and epidemiology, Sumi has also worked as a Senior Scientist at the Health Effects Institute and as a Health Policy Analyst at the World Health Organization. Sumi holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Health Science and a Master's Degree in Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the University of California, Berkeley.
