Isabel Pérez

Isabel Pérez has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Isabel currently works as the Care Team Lead at Vitala Global Foundation since September 2021. Previously, they served as the Organizational Development Manager at the Youth Coalition for Sexual and Reproductive Rights from January 2022 to January 2023. Additionally, Isabel worked as a Help Desk Assistant on a freelance basis from July 2020 to November 2021. Isabel has also held various leadership positions at the Youth Coalition for Sexual and Reproductive Rights, including Chair of the Board of Directors, Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, and Co-chair of the Organizational Development Working Group from 2017 to 2021. Isabel has experience as a Face-to-face Fundraiser at EL PANAL, a Tele-counselor at Healthy Women Matter Pvt., a Youth and Adolescents Program Specialist at Asociación Civil de Planificación Familiar (PLAFAM), and a Social Psychology Intern at Asociación Civil "Niña Madre". Isabel has also worked as a Research Assistant at Instituto Nacional de la Mujer.

Isabel Pérez completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, specializing in Social Psychology, from the Universidad Central de Venezuela. Isabel then pursued further education at the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales, where they obtained a Diploma in Digital Marketing and Community Management. Isabel's educational journey concluded with a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from OBS Business School.
