Anthony Gentile has extensive work experience in the field of IT. Starting in 2009, they worked at Questeq Inc, where they began as a level one Helpdesk Engineer and quickly advanced to the role of Lead Helpdesk Engineer and Desktop Engineer. In this role, Anthony provided assistance to end users, managed and led the helpdesk team, and served as an intermediary between clients and the helpdesk. Anthony also demonstrated proficient customer service skills and the ability to make decisions as an individual and as part of a team. In 2014, Anthony joined Vitalant as a Desktop Technician and later transitioned to the role of Network Engineer. Additionally, they also held the position of Helpdesk Analyst at The Institute for Transfusion Medicine during the same timeframe.

Anthony Gentile received their high school diploma in General Studies from the Center Area School District - Center from the years 2002 to 2006. Anthony then went on to pursue an Associate In Science Degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Network Administration at Pittsburgh Technical College from 2008 to 2011.
