Lauren Tipton has a range of work experience in different industries. Lauren started their career in 2015 as an Elite Personal Trainer at 24 Hour Fitness. In 2016, they worked as a Coach for Field Hockey at Denver Public Schools and as a Manager in Health Information Management at Solace Pediatric Home Healthcare. In 2018, they became the Director of Admissions at Alliant Home Health before transitioning to the role of Intake & Admissions Coordinator. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Vitalant, starting as a Donor Recruiter and later becoming a Donor Recruitment Process Specialist. Lauren is currently a Senior Manager of Donor Recruitment at the same company. Additionally, in 2023, they will be taking on the role of Assistant Varsity Coach for Field Hockey at Poudre School District.
Lauren Tipton, MHA, obtained their Master of Health Administration degree from Colorado State University Global from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Towson University, where they studied from 2012 to 2014.
In addition to their educational background, Lauren has also pursued various certifications. Lauren obtained the certification of Permanent Coach from CHSAA in July 2016. In August 2015, they earned a certification in Nutrition from the American Council on Exercise. In January 2015, they became a certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Lauren also holds the ACSM Exercise is Medicine Level 1 certification, although specific information regarding the month and year of obtaining this certification is not available.
